Shakiya makes Magic Milk

I liked making magic milk. The milk turned into a rainbow. When you drop food colour in and then the dishwashing liquid it turns into a rainbow.

I felt happy and would like to make it again.

Happy Mothers' Day from Shakiya

I Love you Mummy.

We made a happy mothers day card.
I made hearts for the middle of my hand.
My hand was the flower.

When I gave it to Mum she said WOW and I liked it to.

Shakiya & Kiarshin present the ANZAC wreath

ANZAC Art by Shakiya

This is the poppy field in the war.

This is for ANZAC Day.

ANZAC Day is about when people died in the war.

The people that died were Australian and New Zealand people.

We eat ANZAC cookies because the soldiers ate ANZAC cookies too.

Happy Easter from Shakiya

This is my Easter chicken.

We did two handprints and you had to make an oval and stick the hands behind it.

Then you stick the legs and nose on. Then you draw the eyes.

A big buddy from Room 11 helped me.

I put my chicken in my bag and gave it to Mummy.

She said "WOW!"

Jayd & Shakiya at Discovery Time

Jayd:

Shakiya and I are playing with cards.

We are playing a memory game.

It was fun!

Shakiya:
We are playing a game. It is called memory.
You have to pick the same cards and you get another turn if you get a pair.
I am playing with Jayd D. You can have lots of buddies.

They tasted yum.
Everyone in our class made some.

Statistics with cans

Kaleb: We were building a tower of cans and the spaghetti cans won!

Karina: We have lots of cans. The biggest can is huge.

Keegan: We collected a lot of cans. We put them in stacks of what matches. The Spaghetti cans had the most.
